About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Administrator to join our Service Operations team in Mackay. This is a Permanent Full Time position working Monday ? Friday out of our Connors Road, Component Rebuild Facility.
As a Service Administrator, you will:
Answer and direct calls both internally and externally professional, promptly and courteously at all times; particularly when providing reception coverage.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner on arrival.
Provide weekly safety stats to Management, weekly updating of CPS board.
Organise travel, meetings and booking rooms and catering as required.
Creation of purchase requisitions as required.
Perform general administration tasks, e.g., photocopying, scanning, laminating, binding.
Perform administrative tasks for the Parts and Service departments as appropriate and directed by the Admin Team Lead/Supervisor.
