As a Customer Service Engineer, you will provide technical support to our customers and support them with any printer related queries. As a member of the WA Service Team, you are committed to providing excellent service to our valued customers.

The Role:

Kyocera Document Solutions is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of Colour & Mono Digital Multifunction Devices & Printers. Our WA Branch is looking for a highly experienced Customer Service Engineer with an excellent work ethic and team focus

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Installation, service & repair of Kyocera’s range of Digital Multifunction Devices & Printers.
- Resolving customer hardware, network and software related issues.
- Working closely with the WA Service team.
- Ideally, you will possess the following attributes:

Suitable Technical qualifications.
- Practical experience in similar role within the business equipment industry.
- A good understanding of mono and colour digital printing products.
- Experience working with Kyocera product advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills, needed to fulfil the requirements in the role.
- Good working knowledge of networks, PCs, software and operating systems, within a print/scan environment.
- Good network and software diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Clear verbal communication skills & exceptional customer service ethic.
- Positive, enthusiastic and results driven.
- A professional image with personal attributes of honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm.
- Leadership skills
- Australian Driving License – mandatory.
