Responsibilities
As a VP-APAC, your responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and
increasing profit through the APAC region. To be successful in this role, you should be a
thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be
productive, while ensuring our growth.
Strategy and Management:
Design strategy and set goals for growth
Evaluate and improve operations and revenue in the APAC region
Analyse performance and present regular reports to upper management
Ensure that reports achieve and surpass the KPIs that are set for them to support the business
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
Conduct weekly individual follow-ups, regular team meetings and quarterly individual reviews
Support our growing business by representing and spreading the AB Tasty values
Represent the company during events and through public speaking
Sales:
Build regional annual sales plans, budget and revenue goals, and ensure they are in place
and delivered.
Contribute to AB Tasty’s growth in APAC by achieving your individual quota
Collaborate with VP of Customer Success teams to align on strategy and local plans, in order
to limit churn and increase customer satisfaction and global value
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a General Manager in APAC region or similar executive role
Proven track record in SaaS products sales
French language proficiency
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, able to work autonomously
