Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 inclusive of superannuation
Location: Office location will be determined dependent on the right applicant, as we have offices based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane

The Role
As a Goat Influencer Marketing Account Manager you will work closely with the Australian and Global Goat teams, along with key stakeholders in the market, to help drive business success.
Key areas of responsibility for this role include:
Influencer Strategy & Campaign Management
You’ll be working closely with the entire team to ensure delivery of campaigns and the performance of this side of the business. This aspect of the role will require you to ideate, strategies and implement campaigns to ensure that all teams benefit from the delivery of Goat campaigns.
• Research, develop and execute influencer and partnership strategies and campaigns, including but not limited to planning, presenting, scheduling, & reporting.
• Identify social media influencers.
• Initiate and coordinate meetings with key partners, including influencers, management agencies and clients.
Content & Strategy
Having a strong understanding of social and influencer content strategy is a skillset that will amplify how you respond to briefs and bring them to life.
• Bringing new ideas and fresh thinking to our clients you’ll help with the development of multi-media content campaigns.
• Develop effective influencer marketing strategies in collaboration with clients.
• Stay updated on social and media industry trends.
• Analyse market trends, competition, and client preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
• Set revenue and profit targets and work with teams to achieve them.
Client Relationship Management:
Given the nature of this role, you will be responsible for business development (with senior staff) of agency clients and one of the points of contact for campaigns. You’ll be working closely with the entire team to ensure delivery of campaigns and for the performance of this side of the business. This aspect of the role will require you to develop new business and delivery models to ensure that all teams benefit from the delivery of Goat campaigns.
• Be client-facing and available for day-to-day client communication, always ensuring a high quality and responsive service to clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with GroupM agencies, key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for major clients and handle negotiations, contracts, and proposals.
• Monitor and assess client feedback and work with the teams to address any concerns.
Commercial
• Ensure all team financial and compliance processes are followed in a timely manner and with 100% accuracy
• Maintain a strong perspective of in-scope services for your clients, and the process for completing work above and beyond this
• Provide hands-on leadership to junior staff in dealing with commercial issues, such as account queries, reconciliations, and bookings
Platforms and partnerships
You will work closely with our partner platforms to activate and operationalise Goat as well as be the conduit between our partner platforms and any new initiatives. A special focus on partnerships (talent agencies, social networks etc) would be required from you to operationalize Goat. You will have management supporting this as well.
People
Help to manage, enable and empower the Goat team alongside Goat leadership.

Candidate Requirements
• Understanding of the social influencer and social media landscape including the talent management landscape in Australia
• An understanding of Paid Social Media, to support proactive recommendations and enhancing results for clients.
• Understanding of agency processes and structures, especially partnership and content teams
• Experience in working across markets a plus
• Excellent numerical skills with the ability to quickly analyse commercial constructs and opportunities
• Comfortable in presenting and influencing stakeholders from GroupM and agencies
• Comfortable in negotiating deals that ensure a beneficial outcome for all concerned
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills
• You must be comfortable in working autonomously and you will be responsible for delivering pre-defined and agreed goals, presenting progress periodically to management teams.
• Being able to problem solve is a must and having the ability to think creatively to successfully achieve goals will be key for the successful candidate.
