Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring the professional and cost-effective running of the Housekeeping department, achieving high standards of cleanliness for guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas within the Resort.
• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping department.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and maintain budget and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience in a housekeeping management role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
