About the Role: The Budget Management Support Officer will play a pivotal role in analysing participant records and making funding decisions aligned with policies and legislative frameworks. Responsibilities include engaging participants and their representatives to understand needs and spending patterns, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines, and contributing to achieving performance targets. Key Responsibilities:
Analyse participant records to inform funding decisions and mitigate overspending.
Communicate effectively with participants via telephone to assess current circumstances and support needs.
Maintain accurate records using IT systems and adhere to established procedures.
Research and review decisions, managing moderately complex cases with guidance from senior staff.
Complete administrative and data entry tasks related to participant plans.
Actively contribute to achieving key performance indicators and planning targets.
Skills and Experience:
