As the maintenance supervisor, your role will include:
Overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring all activities are executed to the highest standards.
Manage maintenance of diesel vehicles and machinery, including diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Conduct onsite maintenance, troubleshooting issues efficiently.
Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
Interact with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring excellent service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic.
Knowledge of diesel vehicles and machinery maintenance
Proficiency in hydraulic systems and components, including pumps, cylinders, and hoses.
Knowledge of diesel fuel injection systems, turbochargers, and emissions control systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team effectively.
Client-focused approach.
