Duties:
Prepare, bake, and service a fresh selection of Middle-Eastern pastries daily.
Prepare stock items to recipes, stock portions appropriately to ensure fresh product and speed of service.
Produce select cakes and sweets to order and to purchase online and in-store.
Inform shortages of stocked items and unprepared goods, assist in appropriate ordering for the volume of service and production.
Prepare a variety of pastry fillings.
Develop new recipes, concepts, and dishes to a high standard.
Skills/Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Pastry Cook.
Detailed knowledge of food and produce/sweets.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant.
