For the Director position, we have partnered with a community based Early learning Centre to connect with someone empathetic and skilled in managing the daily operations of an Early Learning service. Your sector knowledge and leadership experience aligned with the NQS will greatly contribute to the service's overall success. The service is involved in the community, it is located within a school which is fantastic for School Readiness. The supportive team, consist of an Educational Leader, ECT Room Leaders, Educators, Administration officer to assist with various tasks & Parent Committee. Together they provide a nurturing environment to up to 60 children between 7 am – 6 pm, weekdays. About you: Skilled in people management, effective communication, financial management, quality assurance, nominated supervisor, policy development and review. Preferred qualification: ACECQA Approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Considered qualification: ACECQA Approved Diploma. Completion of an Approved Child Protection course. Child Safeguarding : Looking for an individual who understands, adheres to, and promotes The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations . In your position, you will create a culture, adopt strategies, and take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people. Child Safeguarding methods for this position, include, but are not limited to: NSW Working with Children Check, Thorough screening, Reference checks & National criminal history checks.
