Your new role
Our Hays Sydney CBD office is seeking a full-time permanent Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for administration support and assistance to the Contracts team. This role reports into our Senior Manager, Supplier Enablement and Contracts.

Responsibilities:


Manage the team inbox, acting as a first point of contract for the contracts review process, liaising with internal business contacts for background information


Log and allocate any received contract documents for review and track the outcomes in a register


Store signed contracts and communications within a digital filing system


Maintenance of live contracts pages on the SharePoint intranet page


Ensure that the administration for the Contracts Management team is completed effectively and within deadlines


Respond to telephone, MS Teams and email queries effectively and efficiently


Organise meetings as required


What you'll need to succeed


Demonstrated experience as an Administrator


Excellent attention to detail


Excellent problem-solving skills


Ability to work within tight timeframes


Ability to prioritise tasks


Proactive approach


High level of communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation


Actively develops good working relationships with peers and all stakeholders and is motivated by the shared experience of working towards a common goal


Strong customer focus and service ethic


Self motivated and results driven


Willingness to increase knowledge
