About the Chronic Illness Peer Support (ChIPS) Program
The Chronic Illness Peer Support Service (ChIPS) is a vibrant new program within the Department of Adolescent Medicine at Perth Childrens Hospital (PCH), and first of its kind in Western Australia. Consumer driven and based on peer support and youth participation, it aims to improve the lives of young people aged 12-25 living with a chronic illness or rare disease.
