We are currently seeking a proficient Strata or Real Estate Trust Accountant to manage and supervise financial transactions and reporting for strata trust accounts within this Group. Manage and reconcile strata trust accounts.
Process financial transactions and assist with investment accounts.
Prepare budgets and reports for AGMs.
Handle onboarding/offboarding of trust accounts.
Manage debt recovery and quarterly BAS lodgments.
Support internal and external audits.
Communicate with clients to address financial inquiries.
