About the role
Dimboola Nursing Home is located within the picturesque rural town of Dimboola. This bright modern home provides facilities that support residents to maintain their connections within the wider community. The nursing home is well supported by the Horsham campus and the many services that Wimmera Health Care Group offer.
This attractive home has been designed to accommodate 26 residents all on one level to allow for ease of access, ensuring quality and comfortable accommodation and care in a friendly home-like environment
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Registered Nurse to provide resident-focused, holistic care.
Implement nursing functions according to your level of competence and formal educational.
Support the management team in the efficient and effective management of the designated Care Community.
Develop your professional practice to meet the health needs of the population and changing patterns of disease and illness.
Contribute to quality healthcare through continuous personal and professional development.
Qualifications and experience
Eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practicing Certificate.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills, commensurate with experience.
