Project Administrator - 2
Plans and undertakes administration of organizational programs, special projects and support services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.
Establishes standards, tools and procedures for use on the project, including Issue, Risk, Change and Information Management.
Provide high-quality administrative support to the project teams and take responsibility for the effective and efficient running of the production offices
Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards
Organizing the delivery, and schedule the daily work on the job site for different project.
Monitoring, administrative and general targets and tasks set by the project managers and ensure overall effective day-to-day administration of projects.
Manages the support and provision of project tools and equipment.
Comply the OH&S policy and procedure for each individual project.
Skills and Qualifications:
AQF Diploma or higher qualification
Minimum 3 years relevant and recent experience
Experience in glass industry is preferred but not essential
Ability to work as part of a team and provide appropriate on-the-job training
