HL Landscapes are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Construction Project Managers to join our SEQ Construction team.
The successful applicant will be an integral part of the project team and would contribute to the successful delivery of the project through the following:
Responsibilities and duties
-interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
-coordinating labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment
-consulting with Architects, Engineering Professionals and other professionals, and Technical and Trades Workers
-negotiating with building owners, property developers and subcontractors involved in the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
-Implementing and Maintaining construction programs on site
-Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety
-building under contract, or subcontracting specialised building services
-overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' work
-arranging building inspections by local authorities
-Recording daily costs
-Communicating with clients
-Leading a team of staff
-Supervising sub-contractors
-Maintaining quality and safety onsite.
Skills and experience
-Experience working on large civil infrastructure projects, particularly in the roads and rail sectors
-Knowledge and experience in concrete and fixed structures
-Drivers licence
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Industry White card
Advantageous but not essential
-Bobcat & Excavator licence
-First aid certificate
-HR Truck Licence
-Sound previous experience in Landscaping or trade qualified.
