We are looking to fill a number of positions with applicants who are skilled in customer service, highly organised, efficient and able to work with multiple systems at once. About the role: This role is responsible for actioning and managing requests to execute to field technicians for optimisation and best practices. You will be working as part of a team and using multiple systems in order to provide exceptional customer service to existing customers. You will be liaising with field technicians on the ground and scheduling their workflow and working closely with clients.
