The Procurement Team is a growing, supportive and friendly team. As Procurement Specialist you will be a member of the Procurement Team, reporting directly to a Category Manager.
About the Role
The Procurement Specialist is part of our Procurement team who are responsible for the sourcing of goods and services, across nominated categories within the business Electrical, Fabrication, Indirect, Mechanical and MRO. This role will support the Category Manager and wider Procurement team and will be based at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE) facility in Redbank.
As a Procurement Specialist, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:
The management of quotes, tenders, purchase requisitions; orders and securing goods and services that deliver the best overall commercial value;
Undertake expediting of local and international shipments to mitigate production delays across the program;
