Property Operations Specialist

Position purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide operational Support to the congregations, Presbyteries institutions of the Queensland Synod to Equip, Enable and Encourage mission and ministry in these areas. The Role is to provide oversight of the registry function and provide advise to responsible bodies (users).
Key responsibilities:
Property portfolio management
Maintenance of timely and accurate information about the portfolio
Identify emerging issues that need to be addressed
Enable appropriate support and guidance to Church entities
Risk management of the portfolio
Work with the Presbytery Support Unit to develop synergies across the Synod including providing property information and value add services to presbyteries and congregations
Property utilisation management
Provide support and guidance to Congregations, Presbyteries, and other parts of the Church as required, in their use
