Our client is one of the oldest and well-established clubs in Townsville, is seeking to engage the services of a second-year apprentice Chef. You will be working alongside and supervised by qualified chefs from different parts of the world. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to add value to their apprenticeship whilst continuing your training in commercial cookery. This is an extremely busy commercial kitchen that provides the ultimate culinary experience to all its members and guests.
You will have the opportunity to build on the skills and knowledge you have gained in your first year. The position is full time, 5 days per week Wednesday Sunday split shifts. Sunday is a 6-hour straight shift.
