Psychosocial Risk Reporting to the Manager, Health & Wellbeing, this role is responsible for delivering the wellbeing strategy with particular focus on psychosocial risk. This role will act as subject matter expert for all wellbeing projects increasing engagement and awareness. This role will investigate and assess psychological risk and related injuries to provide insights and solutions on how to de-risk activities and reduce injuries. Management of early intervention services, projects and initiatives.
Coach, facilitating training, and build capability in-field and within Operational teams for key safety & wellbeing activities including: Resilience, mental health & psychosocial risk management and psychosocial risk reduction.
