NCI HOLDINGS PTY LTD is seeking a skilled SAP Consultant with expertise in programming and analysis to join the team. As an SAP Consultant (Developer Programmer), you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing solutions, configuring SAP systems, and developing custom programs to meet the specific needs of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules, programming languages, and business processes to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of SAP solutions.

Responsibilities:
1. Analyze business requirements and processes to identify opportunities for SAP system improvements and customizations.
2. Design and configure SAP solutions to meet client needs, including customization of standard SAP functionality.
3. Develop custom programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements using ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) language.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines.
5. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP solutions.
6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP systems and custom applications.
7. Document technical specifications, system configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
8. Stay current with SAP technologies, updates, and best practices to continually improve system performance and functionality.
9. Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an SAP Consultant or Analyst Programmer, with a focus on SAP system implementation and customization.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and/or HCM.
4. Proficiency in ABAP programming language, including development of reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
5. Experience with SAP development tools and methodologies, including SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and SAP Fiori.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
