- Assist in managing financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial plans, providing advise and support to all leaders ensuring equal input.
- reparation of all financial information for the General Manager, Company and Owners with accuracy and detail.
- Develop and monitor all financial systems for the Hotel with a view to improve and streamline procedures while maintaining financial controls.
- Engage with Department Managers to develop effective measures to enhance their department’s profitability.
- In conjunction with management, ensure night audit procedures are performed and accurate reporting is complete.
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting on Financial matters.
- Liaising with statutory authorities, banks, auditors, suppliers and vendors for relevant matters.
- Ensure all Company, Hotel and legislative requirements are adhered to at all times
- Oversee the Finance Team including payroll, account payable, receivable, general cashiering and gaming.
