The Team & Role
- Working alongside an established Account Director who has clients across a range of large financial service organisations. Roles are a mixture of Permanent (30%), Contract (60%) and Fixed Term (10%).
- Working a mixture of large, Financial Service PSA and New Business accounts across all things Technology, specifically focused on Architecture, Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure roles
- You will also be working as part of a wider team of Candidates Managers in NSW
- We currently have a hybrid working policy, 2 days WFH and 3 in the office with Monday & Friday our anchor days.
What we are looking for
- Consistency - Averaging 5 new roles per week, ability to prioritize and manage workload is extremely important.
- Candidate Control - Understanding individual client needs, full candidate management including sourcing, screening, and placement through to post-placement care.
- Organised – Ability to manage your own time, use Bullhorn, Outlook LinkedIn Recruiter, and client systems effectively.
