Working with our client -Randstad are seeking the services of an experienced Diesel Mechanic in Townsville, QLD.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Townsville. The ideal candidate will hold Australian Trade recognised qualifications as a Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanic (HCV) and have extensive experience in servicing a wide range of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy commercial vehicles.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Conduct inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards.
Complete documentation and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

Australian Trade recognised qualifications as a Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanic (HCV).
Experience in hydraulics and auto electrical systems highly desired.
Valid medium rigid driver's license.
Ability to pass a full medical examination and drug & alcohol test.
Reside in Townsville, QLD or willing to relocate at own expense.
Proven experience working with a diverse range of vehicles.

Benefits:

Normal Hourly pay rate $46.78 .
