Your new role
In this exciting role, you will be:
Providing 1st and 2nd level onsite and remote IT support.
Performing account administration within Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 and bespoke applications.
Assisting with IT-related projects.
Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLAs in a calm and polite manner.
Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Procuring and provisioning IT hardware (laptops, mobile phones, monitors, etc).
Maintaining and developing documentation and knowledge base articles.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
Demonstrated experience of providing 1st and 2nd level IT support.
Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Intune / SCCM and Network troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
Prior experience working within a Construction organisation is advantageous.
