- Respond to scheduling requirements and changes as necessary to maximise the booking rate of available consultant appointments.
- Liaise with clients to plan and implement the provision of agreed services to meet client requirements, in accordance with consultant scheduling, client service agreements and Medilaw processes, standards and protocols.
- Coordinates all activities associated with the Medilaw claimants files, incoming
- legal briefs, business records and other information:
- Prepare complete claimant medical files to ensure that scheduled appointments can be completed effectively by the consultant practitioner
- Archive documents
- Archive old claimant medical files
- Provide administrative support to the consultant practitioner, as necessary, to support the effective delivery of their services to Medilaw.
- Provide information and advice to clients, or prospective clients, to ensure that an effective client relationship is developed and maintained to the benefit of both parties.
- Undertake other tasks assigned to Client Services, including reception duties, to provide a comprehensive and high standard of quality services to clients.
- Establish and maintain effective and robust relationships with all medical Consultants, external Clients, and internal staff to ensure the delivery of excellence in quality and service.
