As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather, and document requirements, and contribute to the successful implementation of business solutions. Create comprehensive and clear documentation of business requirements, process flows, and user stories. Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation. Utilize data analysis techniques to extract valuable insights and support decision-making processes. Collaborate with data scientists to ensure effective data management and reporting. Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams. Serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure a common understanding of project goals. Assist in the design of effective and efficient business solutions. Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization. Develop test cases and participate in testing processes to ensure the quality of implemented solutions. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any issues identified during testing. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA). Knowledge of relevant technologies and systems. Experience Required: Minimum of two years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
