Job Description :
-Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on system requirements and design specifications.
-Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing of ICT systems to identify defects and ensure system reliability and performance under various conditions.
-Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) to streamline testing processes and enhance test coverage.
-Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand system requirements and validate software functionality.
-Analyze test results, identify issues or areas for improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and optimize system performance.
-Document test cases, test results, and defects thoroughly and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
-Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
-Maintain test environments and test data to ensure consistency and reliability of testing activities.
-Stay updated with industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.
-Working on with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
-To be working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
-Configuring Salesforce environments, managing Custom metadata, flows, and queries to curate required data and ensure system functionality.
-Prefer to have good knowledge of Salesforce Omni studio components (Integration procedures , Flex Cards ,Omni Scripts) based working knowledge on healthcare projects.
