Seeking an experienced energy collections expert to join their growing team. Your new role As this company continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Collections and Customer Service Officers to support the expansion. For the next three months, your primary focus will be on collections. However, by Q4, your role will shift back to emphasising customer service, accounting for over 70% of your responsibilities.
Handle collections activities, including contacting customers for outstanding payments.
Answer incoming calls during peak times of the day.
Work on credit-related tasks for the remainder of the day.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in collections within the Energy sector
Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer enquiries effectively.
Proficiency in managing credit-related tasks - including disconnections
Availability during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm).
