The Role: Opportunity to work in a tight-knit finance team with responsibilities including;
Financial statement preparation and review
Consolidated reporting
Analysis and commentary
Budgeting and variance analysis
Assisting with tax compliance
Liaising with the fund administrator on a regular basis
Ad hoc process improvement
About you: You will need to be CA/CPA qualified or working towards it. Also, you will have an engaging personality, an articulate, professional communication style.
Prior experience from property and/or property funds is highly desirable.
