Purpose:
The customer service officer role is responsible for managing phone calls, logging customer requests, answering customer enquiries as well as maintaining various customer databases.

Provide quality service by resolving enquiries and requests from external and internal customers
Receive and process Council applications, certificates, licences and permits in accordance with policies and procedures
Determine applicable fees for services requested in accordance with Councils fees and charges schedule
