With over 200 dealers in their network you'll troubleshoot issues, discuss warranty inquiries, run tests on equipment, and manage a positive relationship to maintain a healthy sales cycle. The role is ideal for a Plumber looking to get off the tools and into a more client facing, operational and strategically focused account management position. Using technical prowess in plumbing and the heat pump space you'll be the point of contact for this dealer network.
