Bluestone is partnered with an award winning residential builder who are looking to add a newly created 'Drafting Coordinator' to the business. this key role will work with design & drafting departments and is tasked with Increasing the overall operational efficiencies of the processes associated with the related sales and pre-construction administration activities About the role:
the checking of all job information of drafting team to ensure work is correct and to a high standard
Management of workflow across drafting and assisting with work scheduling
Working with management, administrators and salespeople where appropriate, to advise of and assist them in resolving issues raised during the checking and administration of jobs
Maintaining a system of reporting with upper management
The ideal candidate
Relevant tertiary qualifications in design/drafting
Town Planning and Residential Multi Unit drafting experience an advantage
