About the facility: The 100 bed, fully accredited Aged Care facility is based in east Melbourne, close to Burleigh Heads with a leading passionate Aged Care team that are focused on delivering high-quality care. About the role: The Clinical Manager will report into the Facility Manager and will help monitor Training and Education, lead the clinical team to meet high clinical standards that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team. Duties:
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, including funding and policy protocols.
Show an ability to operate independently and professionally with limited supervision.
Interpret work within the relevant policy guidelines
Understand the needs of older people, in particular those with cognitive decline
