About the Team
This role will report through to our Warehouse Manager and will lead a tight nit team of warehouse staff. The Warehouse team forms part of our greater Inventory Planning team which encompasses Material Control, Material Planning, a Logistics Engineer and SAP Master Data Specialists.
About the Role
The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible to work collaboratively with the W&L Manager for the safe and efficient management of warehouse operations and team.
The general and generic duties of the Warehouse Team Lead include, but not limited to:
Ensure and manage a safe environment and operation for all team members and facility visitors;
Establish and monitor compliance of health and safety systems and procedures;
Determine daily and weekly workforce forecasts and prioritise and assign tasks accordingly;
Oversee stock control and processing of incoming materials to the Warehouse;
