About the Position
We are seeking an Agreements Officer to join the Agreements team, providing direct support to Commission Members on workplace relations issues, in particular in relation to enterprise agreement related matters.
As an Agreements Officer, you will use your knowledge of the federal workplace relations system to undertake research and analysis of applications for approval, termination and/or variation of enterprise agreements to ensure that agreements meet the requirements of the Fair Work Act 2009.
