Our client, a privately owned Building and Facilities Management company are seeking a Facilities Manager to manage three of their residential apartment buildings in North Melbourne and the Docklands.
About the role :
In this role you will:
Have previous experience in a Facilities/Building Management role
Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a number of competing tasks
A strong understanding of building functions
Effective and timely communication skills with all levels
Knowledge of OHS practices and legislation
Experience in asset management
Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
