FOGO PROJECT OFFICER
CUSTOMER SERVICE
In collaboration with the Waste (FOGO) & Sustainability Projects Officer, deliver components of the communication and education plan for FOGO.
Provide clear, concise and timely responses to customer service enquiries relating to the FOGO service.
Educate the community and staff through direct contact, group discussions and media releases.
Revise communication based on customer knowledge and feedback.
Undertake general administration tasks related to the FOGO service, including calendar bookings, word processing, updating spreadsheets, record keeping and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Provide advice and assistance to staff in relation to Council?s FOGO service
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & EDUCATION
Monitor the FOGO bin roll-out, evaluate data and provide reports to management and council.
