We are currently looking for a high performing full time Collections officer to join our team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, capable and motivated to work autonomously and within a successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact debtors via phone calls, emails, letters, or other communication channels to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans.
Conduct thorough investigations into the status of outstanding debts, including reviewing account records, payment history, and any relevant documentation.
Work with debtors to establish feasible repayment arrangements based on their financial situation, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
Offer assistance and guidance to debtors who may be experiencing financial difficulties, providing information on available payment
