Swissôtel Sydney, part of Accor’s international network, have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated marketing professional to join our team in the role of Full-time Marketing & Communication Manager.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will assist in hotel marketing functions and will be working closely with the Marketing Executive within the Marketing department.
Salary offering: $85,000 - $90,000 + superannuation (pending on experience)
Your main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with the preparation and implementation an annual Sales and Marketing plan for the property, focusing on input re Marketing, Promotions, PR and E-Commerce
• Implement and maintain a 12 month marketing calendar for food & beverage and the Hotel.
• Professionally manage supplier relationships such as print, web and design agencies
• Maintain hotel and Accor image library and update content as required
• Preparation of weekly and monthly marketing reports
• Copywriting for promotions including eDMs, website content and marketing collateral
• Keep up to date with new initiatives in the communications sphere and implement where appropriate
• Champion PR, Communications and Marketing activities within the business units
• Host Marketing meetings with relevant team members
• Conduct campaign briefings to senior management and team members
About you:
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, PR and/or Communications preferred
• A proven background managing social media campaigns across multiple channels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and competency in Canva, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and WordPress
• Excellent written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and organisation skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
• Have full working right in Australia.
