Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager you will lead a small team. This is both a strategic and operational position. WE are looking for a HR Manager that can drive a business forward whist being hands on. Responsibilities will include;
Primary responsibility for the strategic priorities and project deliverable of the HR team
Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment
Managing the employee life cycle from induction to termination
Oversea training for the wider organisation
Staff management and training of the HR team
Overseeing the implementation, communication, development and regular review of HR policies and procedures
Lead and plan culture driving initiatives
