Introduction: We are currently recruiting a Finance Officer for a recognised NFP organisation. It's a fast paced, driven and collaborative environment, working in the finance division, where the colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly and value encouraging ideas. They are seeking Finance Officers to join their team full time, on a permanent basis.
You will report to the Business Manager.
Your responsibilities:
Entering invoices in the system
Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly
Investigating and reconciling creditor accounts for discrepancies
Preparation of the fortnightly payroll
Maintaining employee pay and records on the system
Assisting with accounts payable and payroll queries
Other administration & accounts duties where required
What experience will you have:
3+ years of experience in Accounts and Payroll domain
Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
Having a proactive and steady approach
