Alliance Airlines is experiencing significant growth, and as we continue to expand our operations, we are actively seeking a Recruitment Lead. This role is integral to our growth strategy as we aim to attract top talent and build a high-performing team to support our expanding fleet and operations.
The Opportunity
As our Recruitment Lead, you will lead and coach a team of 2 Recruitment Advisors to ensure exceptional outcomes across all business units.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment function, including developing and implementing strategic initiatives. This specialist role within the broader HR function collaborates with all business units to support and provide recruitment services, ensuring we have the right talent in place to support our growth.
This role is 100% site based at our National Head Office near Brisbane Airport.
