Business Administration Traineeship (Finance)

Atlam Group

Duties:

Maintain business records
Data entry of AP invoices & filing
Assist in supplier reconciliation
Perform general administration & bookkeeping tasks
Assist finance team with archiving
Provide support to the finance team & other departments as required
Assist with attending to reception of our clients both in person and over the phone
Process weekly payments, ensuring all invoices are appropriately coded and authorised.
Adhoc tasks as required

About you:

Great communication skills
Passionate about a career in finance and career progression and development
Ability to use Microsoft Office suites and strong computer skills
Demonstrate high level of speed and accuracy with data entry
Currently completing or completed a finance related qualification.
Current Drivers Licence & a reliable vehicle (office located far from public transport)
