About the role
Restaurant Manager with experience in leading a team in a busy venue. $73,150k annual salary plus Super.
What would you be doing
The day-to-day running of the restaurant and specific shifts. This role has variety, responsibility, and the ability to contribute your ideas. The role is fast-paced and hands-on, ensuring the venue is open and ready for the busy day ahead, including setting up furniture, checking staff are ready to work, greeting customers, developing menus with our head chef, ensuring OH&S compliance and some ordering. You will prepare the weekly roster for staff. You'll be a motivated, creative, quick thinker who thrives on good customer service.

We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:
A natural leader that knows how to get the best out of people
Passionate about training and developing others
Customer service focused - you remember locals' names and can build rapport easily
A solid understanding of creating and managing a roster as well as managing shifts day-to-day
two years of experience running a venue
Relevant hospitality qualifications would be considered favourably
A 'can do' attitude and natural intuition
An undeniable passion for all things hospitality
Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays

Pasture seats 80 guests and features a modern, fresh new design and fit-out. Breakfast and lunch will be served seven days a week, and dinner three nights.
