Join our team as a Business Development Officer Training. You'll drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our diverse Odyssey Training and SGS Academy training solutions to various industry sectors and government agencies.
In this full time - permanent position based in Melbourne, VIC you will, but not limited to:
- Develop a structured Client Engagement Plan outlining targeted promotional activities, business engagement and reporting milestones.
- Build relationships with existing and potential clients and actively promote training services by identifying prospective client needs in all locations.
- Develop new business opportunities in tandem with Odyssey and SGS staff to ensure a smooth transition through to delivery.
- Consult with clients and developing customised, client specific training programs utilising the technical skills within the training teams.
- Provide account management and “follow through” with clients.
- Provide post course follow up on all closed group courses with both clients and trainers.
- Ensure that ongoing compliance for Corporate IT policies and National IT standards for SGS systems and equipment are adhered to across the breadth of the environment.
- Support the implementation of national and international safety initiatives.
