This full time role will partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure design, implementation and support of end-to-end business application solution SAP Success Factors and Smart Recruiters.
Reporting to the IT Manager – Application, some duties, and key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the functional delivery of SAP system upgrades and enhancements
- Deliver BAU support services
- Manage the change and release management of Success Factors developments, patch updates, and upgrades
- Create and manage functional documentation
- Perform unit testing and sign-off on system integration testing
- Translate business requirements into functional solution design options and ensure all business requirements and functional designs are understood and delivered as desired
