Your new role
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Support the management of work flow to ensure we deliver customer outcomes at the agreed service level
Liaise with stakeholders- such as phone teams, branches, risk, fraud, and customers regarding their queries and following up until acceptable resolution reached for all parties concerned/involved. Clear and effective communication where relevant (e.g., notes in our systems, emails etc)
Effectively handle, escalate and follow-up customer queries, issues, and complaints, using judgement to resolve customer concerns on the spot
Pro-actively manage daily business activities by operating within set guidelines and governance
Your skills and experience
Written & verbal communication skills
Relationship management skills
Self/time management skills
Attention to detail
Must be flexible and available for shift work
Core hours from 6am to 10 pm - Monday through Sunday.
This is a 24/7 contact centre - Candidates who can work night shifts are highly desired!
