About the team
The Infrastructure Delivery Branch is responsible for the project management and construction of capital works for all customer and community facing infrastructure classes. The Community Facilities and Open Space Delivery unit is responsible for delivering infrastructure projects in the categories of community facilities and open space. The unit is also responsible for administering the Citys Local Area Works (LAW) program.
About your new role
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and driving multiple projects within a defined program of infrastructure capital worksincluding but not limited to Community Facilities, Parks and Recreational areas, Swimming Pools, Sports Facilities, Libraries, Creative Urban Projects, Depot and Office Facilities, Waste Management Facilities, as well as Foreshores, Stormwater Facilities and Roads.
This position will be managing whole of life projects which may include investigations, concept, design, procurement, construction, project closures, multiple stakeholder management and reporting requirements within Councils
