About the Role:
Project Coordination : Assist with the co-ordination and maintenance of project control artefacts such as the project plan and timeline workstream plans, governance documentation, status reports, and other key documents.
Document Management : Assist with maintenance and improvement of document management protocols for the project team and the development and maintenance of the key document register.
Administrative Support : Provide strong administrative support to Price Submission governance and working group meetings including setting up meetings, managing attendance, and taking minutes and actions in a timely manner.
Project Management Processes : Assist with managing good project management processes with regard to documentation, templates, and sourcing artefacts as required.
Project Documentation and Communication : Assist with the development and preparation of project documentation, presentations, and internal communications to staff.
